To successfully complete the Acquisition Elite Programme and achieve its full benefits, candidates are expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment and engagement. The following criteria are essential for a successful journey.
Full attendance at all in-person training days and events is mandatory.
Candidates must be fully committed to the full duration of the programme.
All e-learning modules and associated tasks must be completed in their entirety.
Active engagement with all Personalised Development Plans (PDPs), mentor sessions, and a strong performance at the Spotlight event are required.
A genuine willingness to learn, grow, and push the boundaries of professional development is key.
