Ness graduated from Oxford Brookes University as an Adult Nurse in 2011. She has worked all over the world as an Intensive Care and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and has a Master of Nursing degree from Griffith University in the Gold Coast, Australia.

She first started out in the aesthetics industry when she opened a laser clinic in Newcastle upon Tyne in 2016 and later began injecting where she went from strength to strength. She is the founder of Oracle Aesthetics and Menopause which has clinics in Carlisle and Newcastle upon Tyne. Ness also trains medical professionals for the world renowned filler company Teoxane as a trainer on their products.
