This in-depth masterclass covers extensive theoretical and practical content on the science and skill of facial contouring, including the use of microcannula, allowing you to plan and execute full facial harmonisation treatments strategically, artistically and scientifically.
With a decade of experience in facial aesthetics and almost 9 years as a trainer in injectables masterclasses for medical injectors, Dr Zainab has cultivated a refined approach to facial harmonisation, and is renowned for her work and attention to detail, sought after by patients both nationally and internationally. She is an advocate for safe practice and natural looking transformations, and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with a warm, open and approachable ethos.
This course covers the theoretical science and practical techniques involved in facial contouring treatments, including the relevant facial anatomy and danger zones, the science of facial ageing, facial assessment and treatment planning and textbook strategies for beautification, feminisation, anti-ageing, profile balancing and gender enhancement.
This is an advanced course designed to help experienced injectors (previous foundation course minimum) gain confidence with the planning and execution of full facial rejuvenation treatments encompassing facial recontouring with dermal fillers. Delegates gain hands on experience with recontouring techniques involving the upper, mid- and lower facial thirds including the art of microcannula use.

Dr Zainab Al-Mukhtar qualified at Guy’s Kings & St Thomas’ Dental Institute with Distinction in 2010.
Dr Zainab holds Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, membership of the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative, and is a registered Safety in Beauty Trusted Professional.
She was awarded ‘Highly Commended’ for ‘Facial Aesthetics – Full Facial Treatment’ and for ‘Best Young Dentist’ in 2020/2021.
Zainab has been a facial aesthetics lecturer and demonstrator since 2014, teaching fellow doctors and dentists how to deliver safe and effective injectables. She is passionate and committed to sharing her knowledge with delegates in a systematic, detailed, and approachable manner.
